-Monday to Sunday from Cancun
-The ferry departs at 9:00 am (you must arrive 40 minutes in advance)
-Use of the Royal Garrafon facilities (Tamarindos and Big Fish restaurants, VIP zone, beach club, VIP lounge, snorkelling, kayaks, zip-line, and temazcal)
-Buffet meal with the following menu: access to the Garrafon VIP menu, international open bar, Vino Monte Viña service, shrimp skewer, and grilled salmon
-Ground transportation from your hotel (USD $15 p/p)
-Photos of the zip line activity

-For security reasons, women who are more than 5 months pregnant are not allowed to participate in water activities.
-Minors aged 6 to 12 pay the child rate

-Snorkeling and kayaks are subject to availability, weather permiting, and are not refundable.
-Policies for the zip line
* Maximum weight: 130 kg
* Minimum age: 13
* Children aged 4 to 12 must participate accompanied by a guide
-Children aged 6, and older, pay the transportation fee (children under the age of 6 pay no fee, but must travel on their parents´ lap)
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
