For the City Tour, pick-up is available only at hotels in Costa Mujeres, Riviera Maya, and Playa del Carmen. In Cancun and downtown, designated meeting points are assigned
Snorkeling is not allowed under the influence of alcohol in Isla Mujeres
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the Isla Mujeres tour
Infants (0-4 years) travel for free on the City Tour but do not have their own seat
At Coco Bongo, Gold Member and Front Row options require prior reservation and are not available on December 31st
General admission to Coco Bongo is on a first-come, first-served basis
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
