Columbus
- Dock tax: Mandatory payment upon boarding ($250 MXN for nationals / $15 USD for foreigners).
- Optional ground transportation at an additional cost: $15 USD ($200 MXN) outside the Hotel Zone / $5 USD ($100 MXN) within the Hotel Zone.
- Photos available for $25 USD (optional).

Jungle Tour
- Dock tax: $300 MXN for nationals and $20 USD for foreigners (ages 13 and older). Mandatory payment at check-in.
- Within the Hotel Zone: $5 USD or $100 MXN per person (roundtrip).
-Outside the Hotel Zone: $15 USD or $200 MXN per person (round trip).
- Photos: $25 USD.

Minimum age: 16 years to drive (with an adult), 5 years to participate.
Not suitable for pregnant women or those with back or heart problems.
Bring a swimsuit, dry clothes, a towel, comfortable shoes, and biodegradable sunscreen.
Bring cash for taxes and purchases.
Arrive 30 minutes early.

Cancun City Tour
-For those who do not book transportation, meeting points will be assigned in Cancun.
-For those who book transportation, pick-up is only available at hotels in Costa Mujeres, Riviera Maya, and Playa del Carmen.
-Infants ages 0-4 travel free, but do not have their own seat.
-Pick-up times vary depending on the location of the hotel or meeting point. We recommend contacting us 24 hours before your tour to reconfirm your schedule.

Isla Mujeres Tour
-The dock and marine park fee is payable directly at the marina.
-Activity subject to weather conditions.
-Snorkeling under the influence of alcohol is not permitted.
-Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Columbus
-Minimum age: 14.
-Vegetarian menu and shrimp skewer available with prior reservation.
-Inform us of special celebrations at the time of booking to personalize the experience.

Jungle Tour Regulations
-Minimum age to operate the boat: 16 years old (accompanied by an adult).
-Participants ages 5 to 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
-No one with back problems, heart problems, or pregnant women are allowed.
-It is recommended that older adults be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
