-Dock tax: $300 MXN for nationals and $20 USD for foreigners (ages 13 and older). Mandatory payment at check-in.
-Within the Hotel Zone: $5 USD or $100 MXN per person (roundtrip).
-Outside the Hotel Zone: $15 USD or $200 MXN per person (roundtrip).
-Photos: $25 USD.
Columbus
-Dock tax: Mandatory payment upon boarding ($250 MXN for nationals / $15 USD for foreigners).
-Optional ground transportation for an additional cost: $15 USD ($200 MXN) outside the Hotel Zone / $5 USD ($100 MXN) within the Hotel Zone.

Pickup available only at hotels in Costa Mujeres, Riviera Maya, and Playa del Carmen.

Dock and marine park fee payable at the marina.
Activity subject to weather.
Snorkeling with alcohol is not permitted.
Children under 12 must be accompanied.

Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
