Infants under 5 years old travel for FREE. Snorkeling at the reef is subject to weather conditions. Snorkeling has restrictions based on age (minimum 8 years and maximum 65 years), physical condition, and traveler insurance clauses.

Age and physical condition restrictions apply for snorkeling.
Consumption of alcohol is prohibited for minors.
Participants are requested to follow the instructions of the staff on board to ensure the safety of all passengers.
It is recommended to bring sunscreen, swimwear, towel, and comfortable clothing.
Respectful behavior towards the environment and visited areas is expected.

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
