The experience continues with a tasting in our underground cellar that consists of a guided tour by a Certified Sommelier through the areas of Fermentation Tanks, Barrels and the Underground Cellar where 5 labels of El Cielo wines are tasted:

-Capricornius White Wine, Chardonnay.
-Procyon 2020 Red Wine, Syrah.
-Polaris Red Wine, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec.

At the end, you have the option to descend to the underground cellar for a tour, where a specialized guide will take you through our Enoteca, the fermentation tank area, the barrel area, and ending the tour in the tasting area, where you will start with the tasting of another 5 wine labels:

Regulations
Minors are not allowed in the Cellar, so they will not be able to enter even if they are accompanied by an adult. Includes one glass of wine per person; no food & beverages are allowed during the tour; the area is 100% smoke-free; climbing on barrels is prohibited, as well as walking in the area between barrels; being in unauthorized areas by the guide is forbidden; minors cannot enter the tasting area.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
