Certified snorkeling guide and full snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, and life vest).
Round-trip catamaran transfer between Punta Sam and Flamingos pier.
Open bar onboard, including soft drinks, water, and alcoholic beverages.
Mexican snack on the catamaran, featuring guacamole, pico de gallo, and chips.
Two hours of free time in downtown Isla Mujeres to explore the island, shop, or enjoy the beach.
Onboard entertainment during the return trip, including music, dancing, and karaoke for a fun and relaxing experience.

Optional transportation from Cancuns Hotel Zone or Puerto Morelos is available for an additional cost of $10 USD per person.
Docking fee of $20 USD per person, payable at check-in at the Punta Sam pier.

Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for tropical weather.
Biodegradable sunscreen to protect marine life and comply with conservation regulations.
Towels and swimwear for the snorkeling tour.
Cash for additional expenses and the docking fee, which must be paid in cash.

Recommended minimum age for snorkeling: 8 years old, for safety reasons.
Health condition: the tour is suitable for everyone; however, individuals with specific medical conditions should inform in advance.
Life jackets are mandatory during snorkeling.
The use of conventional sunscreens is not allowed; only biodegradable sunscreens approved by local environmental regulations are permitted to preserve coral reefs.

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
