Day 2 ? Camel Caravan Expedition (Duration: 15-minute instruction + 45-minute ride)

Day 3 ? Dolphin Meet & Greet (Total duration: 55 minutes)

**Wave Runner**
Minimum driving age 16 years with a driving test
Minimum participation age 6 years minors must ride with an adult and have a paid ticket
Maximum weight 130 kg single 100 kg per person double
Good physical condition and basic driving skills required
Not suitable for people with limited mobility pregnant women or those with back problems
Use under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted
Vehicle damage is the responsibility of the customer
**Camel Caravan**
Minimum age 8 years must be accompanied by an adult both with a paid ticket
Not suitable for people with limited mobility pregnant women or those with physical conditions
Limited to 2 people per reservation larger groups must request via call center
**Dolphin Meet & Greet**
Wearing a life jacket is mandatory
Personal cameras are not allowed in the water
Children up to 1.20 m must be accompanied by an adult
Pregnant women can participate only before 5 months of pregnancy and with prior authorization
Rates vary by height guests 1.41 m and above pay the adult rate
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
