Minimum age: 16 years to drive (driver's test required), 6 years to participate.
Maximum weight: 130 kg (single) / 100 kg per person (double).
Not suitable for guests with limited mobility, back problems, recent surgeries, or pregnant women.
No alcohol or drug use prior to the activity.
Dock fee: $15 USD per person.
No refunds for incomplete activities.

Anglers Fishing
Adults: 10+ years, minors: 6-9 years.
Not suitable for guests with limited mobility, back problems, or pregnant women.
Dock fee and transportation are payable upon registration.
Free cooked catch (only drinks and side dishes are paid).
Additional companions are available with a private charter only.

Sunset Cat & Cocktail
Not suitable for guests with limited mobility, back problems, or pregnant women.
Dock fee: $15 USD per person.
There are no refunds for incomplete activities.

Playa del Carmen Dolphin Meet & Greet
Life jackets are required.
Cameras are not allowed in the water (professional photos are available for purchase).
Children must be accompanied by a paying adult, depending on their height:
Up to 1 m: infant, accompanied.
1.01-1.40 m: child, depending on height and build.
1.41 m or 13+ years: adult fee.
Pregnant women may participate for up to 5 months with an accompanying adult and a signed form.

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
