If transportation is included, it is necessary to contact one of our executives to receive instructions regarding the pick-up time and location. This will ensure proper coordination and that the customer is present at the correct place and on time for the start of the tour.

The price of the tour includes shared round-trip transportation from the Tulum area to Moon Palace, entrance and guided visit to the cave, automatic and semi-automatic ATV riding (individual or double), safety goggles and helmets for adults and children, entrance to the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary, natural water, and fruit water. Guides are available in different languages.

The tour does not include the mandatory collision insurance of $10 USD per vehicle, transportation from Riviera Maya hotels, animal interactions, photos, lockers, souvenirs, and tips.

It is recommended to wear closed-toe shoes that can get wet, comfortable clothing, and a backpack. It is also suggested to bring a swimsuit, sunglasses, towel, biodegradable insect repellent, and biodegradable sunscreen.

The tour has regulations that include ID presentation, minimum age for children and ATV driving, and restrictions for pregnant women or individuals with limited mobility. It is also mentioned that motorcycle collision insurance is mandatory and access under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
