Wear comfortable clothing, swimsuit under clothes, and a change of clothes
Comfortable footwear and/or water shoes
Bring biodegradable sunscreen, sunglasses, cap or hat, and a towel
Bring a refillable water bottle and biodegradable insect repellent
Have cash or a card for souvenirs, tips, and additional expenses
Arrive at least 30 minutes before each activity
Book in advance to secure a spot in activities with limited capacity

Recommended minimum age:
Tulum Snorkel: 6 years
Tulum Insta Experience and Brew House: 12 years
Beer and alcoholic beverage tasting: 18 years
Minors must be accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket
Not suitable for people with limited mobility, respiratory or heart problems, or pregnant women (depending on the activity)
Participation under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances is not allowed
For water activities, knowing how to swim and wearing a life jacket is mandatory
Plastic bottles are prohibited in the Tulum archaeological site
Activities are subject to weather conditions and cancellation policies without refund in case of voluntary abandonment

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
