PREMIUM MENU: New York Cut, Grilled Salmon served with a bed of spinach, accompanied by a tartar sauce, Governor Tacos, Parmesan Chicken Breast, Vegetarian Cannelloni.
Side dishes: Citrus salad, Potatoes Au Gratin, corn with butter and cinnamon, chesse stuffed Zucchini and dessert.
DELUXE MENU: Surf and turf: of lobster and filet mignon, 200 gr lobster with a touch of garlic butter, accompanied by a touch of paprika, Lamb ribs roasted in white wine with shallots, accompanied by a mint sauce, Grilled octopus, accompanied by an Alioli sauce, Turkey leg with gravy sauce.
Sides: Citrus Salad, Potatoes Au Gratin, Cinnamon Butter Corn, Parmesan Stuffed Butternut Squash, and Dessert.

Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
