Bring:
Swimsuit, towel, hat or cap, sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent, comfortable shoes or sandals, and extra money to buy photos, souvenirs and extra expenses. Do not bring valuables.

Regulations
Minimum age to drive the boat is 16 years (accompanied by an adult)
Participants from 5 to 16 years old must go with a paying adult.
No person with back problems and heart problems can do the activity.
Pregnant women cannot do the activity.
It is suggested that older adults, as they are considered a high-risk population, be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
