Not Included
Dock tax for adults (13+ years): $250 MXN for nationals or $15 USD for foreigners.
Dock tax for children: $250 MXN for nationals or $15 USD for foreigners.
Land transportation: $15 USD or $200 MXN per person outside the hotel zone; $5 USD or $100 MXN per person within the hotel zone.
Photos: $25 USD.
Recommendations
Minimum age to drive the boat: 16 years old, accompanied by an adult.
Minimum age to participate: 5 years old.
Not recommended for people with back problems, heart conditions, or pregnant women.
Regulations
Up to two adults and two children per boat.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
