Regulations
Government-issued identification and the card used to make the reservation are required upon entry.
The "Locals-Residents" package can only be validated by showing government-issued identification in Cancun. Otherwise, a USD 100 fee will be charged to enter the club.

This drink package is exclusive to the bar area and cannot be combined with table reservations or the Exclusive Pass area. Drinks are personal and non-transferable. Sharing or not following the rules may result in expulsion from the venue. Enjoy your drinks only in authorized areas
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
