Reservations are guaranteed until 10:30 PM; after that time, reservations are subject to availability.
Regulations
Government-issued ID and the card used to make the reservation are required upon entry.
The Locals-Residents package is only valid with an official ID issued in Cancun. Otherwise, a $100 USD entry fee will be charged. Bachelor and bachelorette party packages are gender-specific.
If multiple packages are purchased (even if they are the same), tables will not be seated together.
Amenities are only valid if you arrive before 11:30 PM.
No package changes or bottle substitutions are allowed; if you require a bottle not included, you can request it and pay the difference at the venue.
UNLIMITED DRINKS
This drink package is exclusive to the bar area and cannot be combined with table reservations or the Exclusive Pass area. Drinks are personal and non-transferable. Sharing or not following the rules may result in expulsion from the venue. Enjoy your drinks only in authorized areas

Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
