Regulations
Minimum age: 8 years.
Maximum weight allowed: 250 Lbs
Season: Early June to mid-September.
Guests must be relatively fit and able to swim without assistance. We do not recommend this tour if you have serious health conditions or injuries, are pregnant, or have back or neck problems.
Water activities are not recommended for people with respiratory problems, heart disease, or conditions that may cause loss of consciousness.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
