Use biodegradable sunscreen to take care of your skin, the environment and marine species.

Age policies: Infants 0-5 years old, children 6-12 years old, and adults 13+.
All passengers pay dock access, except for infants (0-5 years old) at $15 USD and $300 MXN.
One-time ground transportation return at 5:15 pm.
Children 6 years and older pay ground transportation: $100 MXN in the Hotel Zone, $15 USD in the Riviera, or $200 MXN in the Costa Mujeres.
Pregnant women up to 5 months pregnant participate only in the Dolphin Encounter program. Children 1.40 meters and older may participate alone in dolphin interactions.
Children between 1.20 and 1.39 meters tall must be accompanied by two adults for dolphin interactions.
Adults up to 70 years of age may participate in the Swim Adventure and Royal Swim programs. Adults over this age may only participate in the Dolphin Encounter or Meet & Greet programs, subject to their physical condition and limited mobility.
The use of life jackets is mandatory in all programs.
The use of the suspension bridge and mini-zip line is restricted; guests must wear a life jacket at all times.

Height restrictions apply in the pool.
Pool 1. Children must be 1.40 meters tall to be in the pool without a life jacket.
Pool 2. Children must be 1.20 meters tall to be in the pool without a life jacket.

Recommendations for those with health problems.
Do not participate in water activities if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, or spinal problems.
For safety reasons, the use of cameras or cell phones in the water is not permitted; professional photographs will be available for purchase.

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
