This great Adventure departs daily from Cancun during the whale shark season.
The whale sharks come to the waters around Isla Mujeres, Contoy and Holbox to feed on plankton where the Caribbean Sea meets the Gulf of Mexico. You will have a remarkable opportunity to swim and snorkel with the gentle giant, in an area full of sealife.
All our boats have a limit of 10 people and are all lead by certificated and professional guides, who are naturalists and biologists and know everything about the area and the whale sharks!

Whale shark season: May 26 to September 17.
The tour does not operate on the 30th of each month
Infants between 0 and 4 years of age are not considered suitable for the Whale Shark Tour.
To obtain the benefit of the National Rate, it will be necessary to present an official identification (INE)

Cancellation Policies

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
