Transportation (only for option without transportation)

Bring a swimsuit, comfortable clothes, water shoes, credit card or cash for souvenirs and/or tips

-Maximum weight to participate: 120 kg
-Minimum age required: 8
-Cameras and video are not permitted in the underground river
-This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, persons with severe motor or physical disabilities, heart problems or under the effects of alcohol or drugs
-Avoid the use of chemical products (too much make up, sunscreen and insect repellent)
-Minors aged 8 to 12 pay the child rate
-Photographic or video camera not allowed inside the underground river.

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.



No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
