The ATV Tour and Monkey Sanctuary visit is an exciting adventure that combines educational interaction with various rescued species at the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary & Rescued Animals, an ATV ride to an impressive cave with stalactites and stalagmites, and the opportunity to swim in a cenote illuminated with underwater lamps.

The tour includes shared round-trip transportation from the Tulum area hotel to Moon Palace, entrance and guided visit to the cave, ATV riding (individual or double), entrance and activities at the Akumal Monkey Sanctuary, interaction with different species, natural water and fruit water, and English and Spanish guides (subject to availability of German and French).
Not Included
Not included are collision insurance for the ATVs (mandatory, with a cost of $10 USD), photographs, tips, lockers, and souvenirs. Additional transportation is available at an extra cost from Cancun Zone, Airport, Cancun Hotel Zone
Recommendations
It is recommended to wear closed-toe shoes that can get wet, comfortable clothing, a swimsuit, sunglasses, a towel, biodegradable insect repellent, biodegradable sunscreen, and a backpack.
Regulations
Regulations apply, such as ID presentation, minimum age for children and ATV driving, and restrictions for pregnant women or individuals with limited mobility. The mandatory collision insurance for the ATVs is also emphasized.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
