Tour - Coba Sunset
Riviera Maya
on Monday, Jun 09, 2025 - 2 Adults, 0 Children
On our prestigious tour, our visitors can enjoy the wonders of this archaeological site in a perfect combination of activities with our Cultural or Adventure attractions. This afternoon tour offers a very exclusive experience. We visit the Mayan city of Coba, with its magnificent main pyramid, the tallest in the Yucatan Peninsula. It is located in the middle of the majestic Mayan jungle and surrounded by beautiful lagoons. You will tour the site accompanied by a guide certified by the INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History).
On this tour, you can choose between these two options:
A) Cultural Activity: Participate in a pottery workshop where the guide will teach you Mayan pottery techniques (materials are included, and you can take home a piece as a souvenir). After Coba, you will visit a Mayan village where you will hear stories about their traditions and way of life. You will also learn about the Melipona bees, endemic to the region, and enjoy a corn tortilla handmade by Mayan women. You'll witness a Mayan ceremony with dances performed by the family, accompanied by their children.
B) Extreme Activity (PRIVATE ONLY): Have fun flying over the treetops on a zipline before heading to Coba. Get your adrenaline pumping on our Extreme ATV tour through the jungle, where you'll swim in a cavernous cenote to admire its impressive stalactites and stalagmites. Afterward, we'll take you to the impressive archaeological site of Coba. Afterward, you'll have time to enjoy a delicious buffet of regional cuisine and relax in an open cenote with crystal-clear water.
