-Pickup times vary depending on the hotel location. We recommend contacting us 24 hours before your tour to reconfirm your schedule.
General Restrictions:
- Children between 5 and 11 years old are allowed.
- Infants between 0 and 4 years old are free of charge and must be carried in their parents' laps. A fee of USD 20 applies if a car seat or seat is required on the vehicle. Payment is required upon boarding.
- Private services require a single voucher covering the required guarantee with adult rates.
- Access to the Tulum area will be USD 20 per person.
- Conservation fees for the Akumal area will be USD 20 per person.
- Conservation fees for the Yalkú area will be USD 10 per person.
- A 100% charge for the tour will apply for NO SHOW services not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure, unless medical proof is provided.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
