FREQUENCY: RIVIERA MAYA: 1st shift: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from Maroma to Tulum.
2nd shift: Mondays to Saturdays from Ocean Maya Royale to Tulum.

-Minimum driving age is 16 years and 8 years as a companion (no license required).
-Basic swimming skills are required.
-Not recommended for people with physical, motor, or heart problems, or pregnant women. -People under the influence of alcohol or any narcotic will not be able to participate.
Transportation depends on your hotel location; please contact us 24 hours in advance to schedule your pick-up.
Cancellation Policies
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
